I have been a long time Lawn Doctor customer for many years. The company is very reliable the staff is courteous and always willing to help if there are any issues with the lawn. For instance, one year the dandelions were taking over the lawn! Lawn Doctor came out to do a separate treatment and problem was resolved. Lawn Doctor works with you with whatever situation you have and there's no pressure sales. I was dealing with a family illness a few years ago and I had to temporarily stop the lawn treatments. There was no hassle and no questions asked! Kudos to EXCELLENT customer service!!! Love our lawn!!!! ~ Tammy C

As a gift to my Dad when he turned 80, I contacted my local Lawn Doctor provider to fertilize and maintain my parents' lawn. For the past 9 years, Lawn Doctor has done an outstanding job of providing routine service throughout the growing season and into the fall. When my Dad has had questions or issues regarding areas of the lawn that needed extra help, he has contacted the office and an technician would promptly be dispatched to investigate the area of concern. I have spoken with the service techs and they have all been knowledgeable, professional, courteous and friendly. These folks have taken my parents' lawn to the next level, and as a result, I have continued to provide this service to my parents. They are so proud of their lawn, and our local Lawn Doctor firm has made this happen! If there is one part of taking care of my lawn that I do not like, it's the weed, feed and seed part. I burned my lawn years ago before discovering Jason and our local Lawn Doctor. I NEVER have to worry about doing that again. Ever. By the time you buy all the chemicals, tools needed for spreading, time to do it .... no thank you!! We have used Jason and his team since we purchased our home in 2016. Always kind and quick to respond with questions or concerns. One time early on I mentioned that I had 2 dogs and wanted to make sure that they were safe when the treatments were applied to my lawn-- 1-2 days before they would show up to our house, FOR YEARS MIND YOU, they would call to let us know when they would be coming so I could know when to keep my pups inside during that time. I contacted this company because my neighbor uses them and his lawn is freaking perfect. Clearly Lawn Doctor must know what they are doing. Someday I hope to have a freaking perfect lawn as well. The staff are super friendly and their work is impeccable! Down to the last detail, ensuring that they blow off all decks and walkways. My lawn has never looked better. The owner responds to any questions or concerns immediately and resolves any issues in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Lawn Doctor to anyone. My lawn was a mess last year, full of crab grass and other weeds. In addition to regular treatments, Lawn Doctor also reseeded my lawn last fall, and treated it for moles. This spring my lawn looks beautiful. All the weeds are gone. The grass is green and lush, and the moles are gone. Lawn Doctor did an awesome job! They are honest, really good at what they do, and very dependable. I still use them for regular lawn treatments. ~ Ruth S

Lawn doctor does a natural plant/pet friendly mosquito treatment for us that works SO WELL!! Prior to their service, we would have to run inside at dusk or be engulfed by clouds of mosquitos. Now if I see one or two, I know it's nearing the end of the service period and they inevitably show up like clockwork to treat. Plus they're just great people. Highly recommended!! ~ Neely J

Prompt service, Excellent results (and I have tried all the others and the only results I got were bigger, healthier and more stout weeds!) Weeds are gone and the over seeding resulted in many new seedlings and I mean many as in thousands and thousands. I'm sure that by the spring my yard will be the envy of my community. Rob Cole is the very best, He's got spreading , seeding and spraying down to a fine art.That's it He like an artist when he works on my lawn,and it looks great. These folks are friendly and easy to deal with, very responsive to my requests. We have them spray a natural cedar oil based insect repellant in our yard that seems to have a real impact on the number of mosquitoes and ticks. ~ Susan B
